Reiki
Energy Healing
A restorative energy healing session designed to support balance across the mind, body, and nervous system. Reiki works through gentle, non-invasive energy work to help release stress, clear energetic stagnation, and encourage the body’s natural ability to heal. Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to what your system needs most in the moment.
Breathwork
Regulation
A guided breathwork experience designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for emotional and energetic clarity. Through intentional breathing patterns, you’ll be supported in shifting out of stress response and into a more grounded, present state. No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to breathe and feel. Time includes initial check-in, the guided breathwork itself, and post-session integration (journaling or sharing).
Yoga & Mat
Movement
A mindful movement class designed to build strength, increase mobility, and support nervous system regulation through intentional sequencing. Expect a blend of breath-led flow, grounding postures, and accessible challenges that meet you where you are. Classes may be slow and restorative or more dynamic depending on what you're personally looking for, but always with an emphasis on presence, alignment, and embodied awareness.

Single Reiki Session

A 60-minute session focused on energy balancing, stress release, and overall well-being. This is perfect for first-time clients or an occasional energy refresh. Each session includes notes on what came up during your Reiki session as well as a write-up of yoga postures and essential oils you can use to keep each chakra open and balanced.
